About the Role This position is responsible for promoting and developing the blood gas and bedside rapid immunoassay business in the Shanghai region, driving growth and partnerships. You will join Cepheid's team to help accelerate science-enabled diagnostics in real-world settings. What You'll Do
- Promote and drive blood gas and bedside rapid immunoassay solutions in Shanghai region, building awareness and demand.
- Identify and recruit channel partners/distributors; lead招商 efforts to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support commercialization and customer success. What We're Looking For
- Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences with familiarity in blood gas and immunoassays.
- Proven success in sales/business development or channel partnerships in Shanghai/China.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work cross-functionally. Nice to Have
- Experience with Cepheid or Danaher product portfolios; existing hospital/lab network in Shanghai.
