Job title: Regional Ops System Manager

About the Role Manhattan Active is required for this role. The Regional Operations Systems Manager will lead the configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse management systems across multiple sites, accounts, and networks to support DHL's Ecommerce DFN Network. This position requires travel and proximity to an airport; expected travel is approximately 50-75% of the year.

What You'll Do

• System configuration in Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, and related platforms, including setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management.
• Provide technical support to DHL site teams and customers; develop and execute test scenarios, UAT, and project plans; clarify testing roles and lead test initiatives while providing support.
• System integration with other systems and transportation management systems (TMS), automations, Dematic, applications, robotics, order management systems, and execution software to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• System maintenance to ensure the system is properly maintained and updated; identify and resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, and ensure adherence to SLAs; propose enhancements and follow change management processes.
• Validation of system documents and updates; ensure modifications follow the change management process.
• User training on how to properly use the system; create training materials, deliver WMS training classes, and provide ongoing user support.
• Implement standard operating procedures and provide expert technical support for multiple operations, ensuring smooth system operations and rapid issue resolution.
• Data analysis from the system to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience configuring and supporting warehouse management systems (Manhattan Active, SAP, Blue Yonder) and integrating with TMS, Dematic, robotics, and other applications.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in testing (UAT), change management, and project planning.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the year and be located near major airports; willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $150,000 USD per year.
