About the Role Manhattan Active is required for this role. The Regional Operations Systems Manager will lead the configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse management systems across multiple sites, accounts, and networks to support DHL's Ecommerce DFN Network. This position requires travel and proximity to an airport; expected travel is approximately 50-75% of the year.
What You'll Do
- System configuration in Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, and related platforms, including setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management.
- Provide technical support to DHL site teams and customers; develop and execute test scenarios, UAT, and project plans; clarify testing roles and lead test initiatives while providing support.
