- The Regional Marketing Specialist is a strategic bridge between central brand directives and local market execution.
- You will be responsible for driving brand dominance and customer acquisition within your assigned region. By leveraging localized insights, you will ensure Moniepoint is the first choice for consumers and that our physical and digital presence translates into measurable growth in market share and accounts opened.
What you will do
Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
- Campaign Planning: Develop quarterly regional marketing calendars aligned with the bank’s national strategy but tailored to local cultural/economic nuances.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the regional marketing budget; perform monthly reconciliations and ensure all vendors are onboarded and paid per procurement policy.
