About the Role Solventum Dental Solutions China is recruiting a Regional Marketing Leader to drive regional marketing strategy and lead a marketing team, aligning portfolio priorities with the broader China business. You will work cross-functionally with sales and brand teams to translate insights into go-to-market programs and enable growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of five marketers (three regional, two e-commerce)
- Own regional market insights and competitive intelligence; capture local voice of customer and customer pain points; map Solventum portfolio to customer needs
- Consolidate and integrate regional marketing strategies with e-commerce plans and priority go-to-market programs
- Manage the national marketing event calendar, promotional activity planning, and e-commerce initiatives
