Regional Manager, Talent and Organizational Capability
Job Overview
The Regional Manager of Talent and Organizational Capability for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) led the regional agenda for talent, succession, performance, leadership development, workforce planning, people data analysis, internal communication, and employee engagement. The role translates business strategy into regional talent and organizational priorities, works in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders in execution, manages the Regional Recruitment Program (RPO), corporate program implementation teams, the outsourced communications agency, and oversees the governance of the LAC Belonging and Engagement Committee.
Responsibilities

Talent, Performance, and Succession: Lead talent assessments, succession planning, performance management, and critical talent development, monitoring readiness, mobility, and retention.

Leadership and Organizational Capacity: Coordinate the regional implementation of corporate learning and development programs, adapting strategies to local needs and monitoring participation, progress, and business impact.

Talent Acquisition and RPO Governance: Lead the regional recruitment strategy, manage RPO indicators and service levels, and strengthen pipelines for critical, scarce, and leadership positions.

Internal Communication: Define the strategy, calendar, and governance of HR communications in Latin America and the Caribbean, ensuring clarity, consistency, brand alignment, and quality of deliverables from the outsourced agency.

Belonging and Engagement: Oversee the regional committee, define priorities, objectives, and indicators, coordinate engagement and belonging initiatives, and monitor results aligned with the corporate culture.

HR Governance and Strategic Alignment: Provide insights, recommendations, and updates to regional leadership, ensuring integration between talent, development, recruitment, communication, and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, or related field; postgraduate studies or certification are desirable.

Progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, HR business partnership, learning, people analytics, communication, or related HR disciplines.

Proven experience leading regional talent, succession, empowerment, workforce planning, or transformation initiatives.

Experience partnering with senior leadership and implementing company-developed learning or talent management programs through cross-functional, project-based internal teams.

Experience in RPO governance is highly desirable.

Experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or organizational culture programs.

Experience working in Latin American countries and cultures; experience in change management or mergers and acquisitions is an advantage.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is highly desirable.
