About the Role Regional Manager (Immunology) responsible for promoting AbbVie products within the target region, managing customers in the region, maintaining customer data and relationships, and effectively using company resources to complete required reports. Sourcing region-specific competitive information and ensuring strict adherence to AbbVie's OEC ethics policy while executing market plans.
What You'll Do
- Promote AbbVie products within the target region and achieve company targets.
- Manage customers in the target region: establish and update customer profiles, maintain relationships, and utilize company resources to complete reports.
- Collect and analyze competitive information within the region.
- Strictly adhere to the company's OEC policy and effectively implement market plans.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in dermatology, biologics or specialty drugs; experience in a multinational/foreign-owned enterprise preferred.
- Excellent sales mindset and strong judgment.
- Strong communication and language skills.
- Passion for sales, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and show willingness to persevere.
