You'll drive impactful change by leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to successful implementation.

Regional IS&T Project Manager will lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects from inception to successful implementation in a fast-moving environment. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes while driving continuous improvement and adopting new IT infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide project direction, leadership, and coordination to foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Manage budgets, resources, contracts to ensure successful project delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Forecast future projects based on team capacity and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to enable effective collaboration.
  • Develop project plans, scheduling timelines, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and driving measurable, impactful results.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies, and engaging stakeholders in implementing beneficial changes.
  • Play an active role in implementing new IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Facilitating the implementation of new or upgraded WAN/telecom circuits and providing technical support during outages.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
  • Experience or understanding of IT infrastructure design, project management, and support.
  • Knowledge of IS&T systems, network/infrastructure topics, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with managing multi-cultural and diverse teams in a collaborative and respectful manner.
  • PMP certification or strong project management communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English (fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership and coordination skills for fostering high-performance team culture.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • A pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and a proactive attitude towards driving impactful results.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish or Portuguese language fluency is a plus.
