Job title: Regional Inventory Control Manager

About the Role The Regional Inventory Control Manager is an onsite leadership role responsible for advancing inventory strategy and enforcing best practices across the assigned region. This position requires 40–50% travel to Olive Branch, MS to support the network.

What You'll Do

• Progress inventory strategy and develop regional expertise to enhance the inventory control function within the assigned region.
• Define, implement, and enforce best practice policies, procedures, and techniques for inventory management.
• Provide leadership and direction to lower-level inventory staff; act as escalation point and mentor within the inventory control community.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, customers, and internal departments to achieve regional objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement of inventory control disciplines and applications.
• Support and recommend hiring and training of IC associates; guide training across the organization.
• Develop associates engaged in inventory control activities and establish best practices.
• Develop and maintain understanding of existing inventory management practices, reporting, and commercial requirements.
• Recommend and implement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate records and control at all sites.
• Establish standard site metrics and reporting; ensure integrity of inventory metrics.
• Oversee inventory analysis, including physical inventories, and manage discrepancy investigations.
• Stay current with technology enhancements in the industry.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of work related experience in inventory control, logistics, or related discipline (required).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or related field (required).
• 3+ years in IC Manager role, unit pick environment, large company (preferred).
• 3+ years client relationship experience (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $150,000 per year (USD).
