About the Role Canonical is hiring a Regional HR Manager to lead the Americas HR function and partner with global HR to support growth across the region. This role will be responsible for precise, compliant and scalable HR operations, advise on HR issues across the employee life-cycle, and align with senior leadership to shape people strategies during a period of continued growth.

- Lead the Americas team of HR professionals to provide precise, compliant and scalable HR operations to the business.
- Advise on HR issues across the full employee life-cycle and partner with regional senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of HR to align people strategy with Canonical's growth plans and global framework.
- Apply an analytical approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret HR data to inform decisions.
