This is an exempt level position. As the general business manager for the area, candidate will direct the profitability of our business and manage the regional facilities in a manner consistent with good business practices of the company. Manage the merchandising, logistics and coordinate trading with the Central Indiana merchandising team. Develop and support employees to achieve personal, regional, and corporate goals.
