About the Role The Regional Director – Region 3 serves as the senior strategic leader for all field, representational, political, and organizing operations within the region. This executive-level role is accountable for driving regional performance aligned with SEIU Local 2015's statewide mission, political strategy, and long-term growth objectives. The Regional Director leads multi-functional teams—including Internal Organizers and representational staff—to design and execute high-impact regional strategies that increase membership engagement, leadership development, contract standards, and political influence. As a member of the senior leadership body, the Regional Director contributes to enterprise-wide strategy, organizational innovation, and operational excellence across the union.
