Performance Plan – Regional Delivery Lead

Performance will be assessed against five outcomes that balance deployment delivery, evidence-based readiness, risk management, adoption, and value realisation. Targets should be validated against the approved programme baseline at the start of the performance year.

  1. Deliver a stable regional deployment (25%)
  • Achieve regional go-live on the approved programme date, with no critical business disruption and at least 95% of priority business processes operating within agreed service levels during the first 30 days.

    • Approved go-live achieved; critical incidents; priority-process service-level performance; 30-day stabilisation report.
  • Go-live through day 30

  1. Establish evidence-based readiness (25%)
  • Complete and evidence 100% of regional readiness assessments by each programme milestone, with all critical gaps closed or supported by approved mitigation plans before the go-live decision.

  • Readiness dashboard; evidence-quality reviews; milestone sign-offs; documented go, conditional-go, or no-go recommendation issued at least five business days before each governance decision.

  • Each programme gate

  1. Control material risks and issues (20%)
  • Record 100% of material regional risks, issues, and dependencies within five business days of identification; assign an accountable owner and target date; and close, mitigate, or formally accept all critical items before go-live.

  • Risk register completeness; percentage of mitigation actions delivered on time; critical-item ageing; evidence of escalation within two business days when thresholds are breached.

  • Weekly through deployment

  1. Drive adoption and transition to BAU (20%)

Achieve at least 90% completion of required training before go-live, 85% demonstrated compliance with priority processes within 60 days, and documented acceptance of all agreed processes, controls, service measures, and governance routines by named business-as-usual owners within 90 days.

  • Training completion; process-adoption data; 30-, 60-, and 90-day sustainment reviews; formal operational-owner acceptance; unresolved adoption barriers.

  • Pre-go-live through day 90

  1. Deliver and sustain regional value (10%)
  • Establish approved regional benefit baselines and named benefit owners before deployment, report performance monthly, and deliver at least 90% of the region’s committed first-year programme benefits within 12 months of go-live.

  • Approved benefit baseline; monthly benefit dashboard; corrective actions initiated within ten business days of an adverse variance; verified benefits delivered versus plan.

  • Baseline before go-live; delivery through month 12
