Regional CDL-A DOLLAR TREE Driver – $270 Per Unload + Stop Pay
Earn $1,600–$1,900 per week delivering store freight on a regional account based in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Get paid for mileage, unloading, and stops while enjoying weekly home time. Experienced drivers and eligible trainees are welcome to apply.
Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay Range: $1,600–$1,900
- Mileage Pay: $1.10 per mile
- Unload Pay: $270 per load
- Stop Pay: $17 per stop
- Driver Retention Bonus: Available; eligibility and payout terms apply
- Schedule: Regional routes with a 34-hour restart
- Home Time: Weekly
- Shifts: Day and night driving; weekend work required
- No deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas; other holiday schedules vary

- Service areas include Berwick, Harrisburg, Bethlehem, and surrounding locations
- Dry van store-delivery freight
- Full hand unloads of 5,000+ pieces per load
- Live-unload deliveries
- Physical work, night driving, and tight backing locations are part of the job
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- First-seat/experienced drivers and eligible trainees welcome
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be able to perform physically demanding hand unloads
- Must be comfortable with night driving, weekend work, and tight backing situations
