Position Summary: Location: Jeddah / Dubai The Regional Business Head – MEA for TempRite is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and organizational excellence across the MEA region. This leadership role manages the full P&L, shapes strategic direction, builds capable teams, and ensures execution of both regional and global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Management: Full responsibility for the TempRite MEA profit and loss, ensuring delivery of financial targets in revenue, margin, and cost efficiency.
- Strategic Planning (STRAP): Develop and execute the Strategic Plan (STRAP) for the MEA region, while supporting formulation and execution at the global level.
