The Regional Account Manager (RAM) provides sales leadership for a designated number of strategic accounts. The RAM Partners with key customer management and stakeholders and will identify, plan, and execute growth strategies and tactics for large-scale facilities services initiatives with janitorial, the ABM EnhancedClean Program, facility services engineering, and parking management. The RAM will cross-sell other facility services as well and ensure ABM program quality and implementation of contract terms. Financial performance, P&L, and A/R, work order management, and problem resolutions will be the RAM’s responsibility as well. As a leader, the RAM will be required to give dynamic client presentations and updates.

Pay: $100,000 – $125,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Essential Functions:
Partnering, consulting, advocate, and communicating with key existing client management and internal stakeholders
Identifying, planning, and executing growth strategies and tactics for existing clients.
Assist in the retention/re-bid RFP process with current customers.
Support and assist operations with tracking and recording all escalations within our existing client base.
Account visitation with operations to identify additional opportunities.
Presenting information to the client during key meetings and reviews. Facilitate the QBR/CBR process with operations.
Facilitate internal growth through cross selling and expansion.
Possess knowledge of ABM full suite of services and capabilities to ensure we are enabling awareness to our customers.
Expected to meet and exceed fiscal quota.
