Region Parts & Accessories Specialist

About the Role Worldwide, the Volkswagen Group operates with a network of Audi dealerships and parts operations. The Region Parts & Accessories Specialist provides in-dealership parts consulting, drives regional programs, and collaborates across Parts, Service, and Sales to optimize parts and accessories performance for Audi dealerships. The role emphasizes inventory optimization, program execution, training, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do

• Provide in-dealership parts consulting services weekly and daily
• Facilitate Regional activities regarding Dealer Parts Practices, Parts Marketing Programs, Accessories Programs, and Parts Bonus Programs
• Provide in-depth analysis on all Dealer Parts purchases, stocking & inventory levels with detailed reports as needed
• Assist RASM in developing annual Parts sales objectives for Audi dealerships and ad-hoc reporting and communication
• Collaborate with field teams to increase parts and accessories sales
• Support special Parts activities (i.e. Special Parts Buybacks, Dealer Closures, Regional Parts Council Issues or Regional Dealer Council Issues) and parts procurement
• Conduct Parts training for the AASM’s as it relates to Parts operating systems, in addition share “best practices”
• Support corporate Intranet sites such as accessory web site, maintenance calculator, shop supplies, Parts on Command and provide expertise in ADP, R&R, & other DMS systems
• Act as a liaison between Audi Parts Departments/Depot(s) & Field staff
• Support & implement Audi parts initiatives to ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives
• Additional responsibilities – 20% of time: Preparation for dealer visits, Learning program updates, Collaboration with other AoA personnel to ensure optimum dealership visits What We're Looking For
• 5+ Years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in current Audi/VW parts system applications (Parts on Command, SAP and SAP BW, and Dealer DMS system applications (CDK/R&R))
• Knowledgeable in Audi/VW Parts Policies and Procedures
• Consulting skills – ability to effectively consult Parts and Service dealership personnel based on specific areas of opportunity; analyze the business, define opportunities, develop solutions, implement changes, and evaluate outcomes
• Time Management – ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure each dealership visit is productive within time constraints
• Analytical skills – ability to identify areas of opportunity based on data sources; Problem solving skills
• Communication skills – listening and speaking; able to relay content concisely and provide constructive feedback
• Learning skills – quick to learn content and stay updated on program developments
• Personal Management – ability to adjust priorities and adapt to changing work assignments
• Integration/Collaboration – collaborate with Area Aftersales Manager, In Dealer Trainers, Accessory Merchandizers, and other AoA roles; manage resources and coordinate with people, processes or systems
• Conceptual thinking, computer savvy; Influencing and negotiation skills
• Specialized Skills – Experience in Dealer Parts department processes; Wholesale (Field) automotive experience; Inventory management; DMS proficiency
• Desirable: 7+ years dealership experience with thorough knowledge of fixed operations Parts, accessory, service, non-workshop marketing; Recent Parts Manager experience with DMS proficiency; Extensive Audi and/or VW product knowledge; Proficiency in Audi/VW Parts Policies and Procedures and Terms of Trade; Travel readiness Nice to Have
• 7+ years dealership experience with thorough knowledge and understanding of fixed operations Parts, accessory, service, non-workshop (wholesale, etc.) marketing experience
• Recent Parts Manager experience with DMS proficiency
• Consulting related to Parts business in automotive industry
• Used DMS system to conduct business – CDK/ADP or R&R
• Extensive Audi and/or VW product knowledge
• Proficient in Audi/VW Parts Policies and Procedures, and Terms of Trade
