Build your future with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring a Refurbishing Assembler in Chino, California. Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Refurbishing Assembler Technician to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and refurbish Wi-Fi routers and networking equipment. Candidates must have refurbishing experience, basic computer and networking knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As an Refurbishing Assembler, you will: Inspect, test, diagnose, and refurbish Wi-Fi routers and networking devices Perform basic troubleshooting, resets, firmware updates, and functionality testing Capable to perform firmware upgrade and system reset by software or web bowser Basic knowledge of IP address, Wi-Fi device name, Mac address, and MS command line Clean, repackage, and prepare refurbished units for resale or redeployment Identify defective units and properly document issues and disposition Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs, and inventory movement Assist with packing, labeling, sorting, and palletizing products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support other departments with miscellaneous warehouse or production tasks Perform repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Possible OT – before shift) Possible Saturday’s. currently working 5:00AM - 5:35PM for the next 6-8 weeks
