This exciting permanent role is an ideal opportunity to join a growing UK company. You will be given both on site training and college training to support your development within our business. The role is based in Cambridge.

Your Contribution (Job description)

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineers whilst learning diagnostic and repair skills
• Completing pre-planned maintenance tasks
• Adopting safe working practices in your job role
• Developing good customer relationships
• Working with a local team of engineers reporting into the Regional Manager

In this role, you will engage in a variety of activities, focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Support our service division whilst learning both refrigeration and air conditioning service skills.

• Actively embrace IT and AI growth within the industry

• Complete on-site reports and update customer portals

• Collaborate with various in-house teams including installation to gain a rounded knowledge of the industry.

• Attending day release college to gain a City & Guilds or equivalent apprenticeship qualification

• Your Journey (qualifications & skills)

The ideal candidate will have an initiative-taking approach, adaptability, and a passion for engineering service and repair. Analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset with effective communication abilities. Additionally, you should bring:

• UK full clean driving license held for a minimum of 1 year

• Proficiency in English and Math’s at level 4

• Willingness to travel to work on various customer sites.
