Job Description

First Class Group Limited is seeking a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&A) Technician to join our dynamic team.

This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of our clients' cooling systems. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing complex faults, and executing timely repairs on a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

As an R&A Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring our clients' environments remain comfortable and their critical cooling infrastructure functions optimally, contributing directly to business continuity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and cooling equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

OND, HND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration units.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
