• We are looking for a detailoriented Refrigerated Transportation Officer to coordinate and monitor the safe, timely, and efficient movement of temperature-sensitive products using ColdHubs’ refrigerated trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigerated truck operations from dispatch to delivery.
• Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure timely product movement.
• Monitor temperature conditions throughout transportation and escalate deviations promptly.
• Track truck location, movement, fuel usage, and operational status.
• Coordinate drivers and logistics activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate transportation and delivery records.
• Ensure proper loading, handling, and securing of temperature-sensitive products.
• Monitor vehicle performance and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain, and transportation standards.
• Prepare regular reports on vehicle utilization, deliveries, incidents, and operational performance.
• Liaise with customers, hub teams, drivers, and other departments to resolve transportation issues.
• Support continuous improvement of refrigerated transportation processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or cold chain operations.

• Hands-on knowledge of refrigerated transportation and temperature-controlled logistics.

• Experience with fleet tracking/GPS and transportation monitoring systems is an advantage.

• Good understanding of vehicle operations, route planning, and fleet maintenance.

• Knowledge of food safety and cold chain handling practices is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital reporting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
