About the Role Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to grow refrigerant sales, manage the sales team, and position new refrigerant generations in response to customer needs and regulatory changes. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive refrigerant sales growth, including market segmentation and identifying key opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team with tools and knowledge to achieve sales objectives
- Develop strategies for launching and positioning new generations of refrigerants, addressing customer needs and regulatory changes
- Manage and monitor import permits and regulatory requirements affecting refrigerant commercialization
- Conduct ongoing market studies to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and develop new opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, prepare performance reports, and present results to executive management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with corporate protocols What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products, refrigerants, or related industries
- In-depth knowledge of the refrigerants market and industry dynamics
- Strong B2B sales management and strategic negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with market and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory permits, product import processes, and international chemical regulations
- Advanced proficiency with technology tools for market analysis and sales tracking, including CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills in English and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Nice to Have
