About the Role Join the Air France Industries Technical Training Center and help steer training programs that maintain the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance and performance across the group’s maintenance activities. As a PART-147 B1 technical-pedagogical referent, you'll oversee a high-visibility training portfolio, contribute to defining pedagogical directions, ensure regulatory compliance of training modules, and accompany transformations in the training sector.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, development, and updating of the training portfolio covering aircraft- and engine-type qualifications, General Familiarization, regulatory trainings, and skill-maintenance programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and pedagogical coherence, aligned with operational needs and production capacity of the Centre.
- Act as the primary technical and pedagogical liaison among maintenance divisions, technical offices, quality, and other stakeholders; translate needs into training solutions.
- Plan and coordinate training activities balancing internal client needs, regulatory priorities, and production capacity; manage scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor PART-145, PART-147, and PART-66 evolutions and lead necessary adaptations to training devices and materials.
- Oversee design, updating, and continuous improvement of training content, assessments, and tools; harmonize instructor practices across sites.
- Support upskilling of teams, share best practices, and contribute to strategic projects in digitalization and transformation of training programs.
- Contribute to the development of the Center's strategic projects in digitalization and pedagogical innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in aircraft maintenance, ideally in a PART-145 environment.
- Recognized expertise in B1 scope; strong knowledge of type qualifications and PART-147 courses.
- Good command of manufacturer documentation; experience coordinating technically or pedagogically or managing activities.
- PART-66 B1 license or equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to liaise with maintenance divisions, quality offices, and regulators; strong planning and educational design skills.

- Experience with digitalization and innovative teaching methods; experience driving transformation of training pathways; cross-functional project involvement.
