About the Role Contribute to sales growth by thoroughly understanding the Refinish division’s core business segments—Collision Premium, Collision Mid-tier, CT&LIC, Allied, and Digital products. Identify issues that arise at customers’ business sites, resolve those issues, and educate customers on correct product usage to maximize value. What You'll Do
- Understand the Refinish division’s core business segments—Collision Premium, Collision Mid-tier, CT&LIC, Allied, and Digital products—and how their characteristics and usage impact customers.
- Identify issues that arise at customers’ business sites and resolve those issues.
- Educate customers on the correct usage of Refinish products to drive sales growth. What We're Looking For
- Understanding of Refinish division core business segments (Collision Premium, Collision Mid-tier, CT&LIC, Allied, Digital) and product usage.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer-site issues.
- Strong communication and training skills to educate customers.
