Recruitment Specialist

OPay Microfinance Bank is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Lagos, Nigeria. Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for various roles within the financial services organization
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment metrics to support timely and efficient hiring processes
• Support onboarding coordination as needed to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Uphold the company’s employer brand and promote opportunities within the market
