Job Description
- Responsible for meeting TDL & her clients recruitment and training needs towards the achievement of TDL’s business objectives
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source for suitable candidates for existing and new clients’ vacancies in line with their recruitments needs.
- Source for recruitment business opportunities.
- Ensure that recruitments briefs are achieved in line with SLA and job plans (time to hire, time to fill, time to source).
- Ensure continuous data pool of potential candidates.
- Provide periodic report on recruitment activities and achievement.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs (e.g. coaching, Knowledge sharing session, job-shadowing, online training)
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain the security of all information entrusted to you.
- Maintain a data pool of faculty.
- Develop and implement strategies to position the company’s recruitment and trainings services as business lines.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure outsourced employees are adequately trained (Technical & soft skills)
- Comply with the principles and policies in the handbook, policy manuals and SOPs
- Other official tasks assigned

Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Education: First Degree is mandatory.
- Higher degrees/Professional certifications
Experience
- Minimum experience – 3 years’ experience (with at least 3 years in HR generalist function).
