Are you looking to break into Human Resources and Talent Acquisition? We are seeking an energetic, eager-to-learn Recruitment Intern to join our team.
This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is needed—we will train and guide you through everything you need to know!
What You Will Learn & Do:
- Candidate Sourcing: Learn how to find top talent across various platforms.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and screen applicants against job requirements.
- Interviewing: Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Recruitment Metrics: Understand recruitment KPIs and tracking tools.
- Daily Execution: Execute daily talent sourcing tasks and recruitment activities under guidance.
Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: No recruitment experience required—just a passion to learn. Availability: Must have full-time availability to dedicate to daily tasks for 6 months and be ready to start immediately.
