The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, conducting employee background verification, managing client relationships, supporting business development activities, and ensuring timely delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
- Post job vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct employment, education, guarantor, address, criminal, and reference verification checks.
