Recruitment and Verification Officer
We're seeking a Recruitment and Verification Officer to join eRecruiter in Lagos to manage recruitment activities and conduct employee background verifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or employee background verification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
