Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or employee background verification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and pay close attention to detail
