Recruitment Analyst

- Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.
- Develop and publish compelling job adverts.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records using our ATS.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring decisions.
- Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
- Support continuous improvement and digitization of recruitment processes.
- Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications

First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution

1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.

Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analytics
-
Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data analysis is an added advantage.
