About the Role Gallagher utilizes AI tools to support and streamline recruitment with a focus on fairness, transparency, and a human-centric approach. The role contributes to an accessible, tech-enabled recruiting process that answers questions, schedules interviews, and captures pre-screening information, while safeguarding candidate data in accordance with the Global Applicant Privacy Statement. What You'll Do

• Use AI tools to answer questions, schedule interviews, and capture pre-screening information to ensure alignment with candidate qualifications.
• Support a fair and transparent recruitment process by guarding against unintended uses, unauthorized access, and potential harm associated with AI systems.
• Ensure compliance with Gallagher's online application requirement and that offers are only extended after in-person or video interviews.
• Maintain transparency and a human-centric approach throughout the recruitment process, in line with Gallagher's privacy and data handling policies (Global Applicant Privacy Statement). What We're Looking For
