Robert Half is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the talent acquisition team on a contract basis through January. This remote opportunity supports hiring activity in a fast-moving environment and is ideal for someone who can stay organized while managing multiple recruiting tasks at once. The position is expected to average 20-30 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours depending on workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage job advertisements across online hiring channels, including major platforms, to support current opening needs.

• Review incoming applications, identify candidates with relevant experience, and conduct initial screening activities to move talent through the hiring process efficiently.

• Arrange interviews by coordinating calendars with candidates and internal team members, ensuring a smooth scheduling experience for all parties.

• Keep candidate records, hiring activity, and recruiting updates accurate and current using Excel and related tracking tools.

• Provide consistent follow-up throughout a largely manual recruiting workflow to help maintain timeliness and accuracy.

• Contribute to additional recruiting and human resources projects as priorities shift and business needs evolve.

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a closely related function.

• Hands-on familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.

• Demonstrated ability to schedule interviews and coordinate multiple hiring steps effectively.

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to maintain organized and accurate recruiting data.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Experience supporting full-cycle or corporate recruiting processes is preferred.

• Exposure to onboarding or related post-offer coordination activities is a plus.
