We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Talent team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews and keep our hiring processes running smoothly and efficiently. The impact you’ll have here:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process.

• Support the talent team by maintaining accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and assisting with reporting needs.

• Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline and improve our recruiting workflows.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure clarity and alignment on scheduling priorities and updates.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Ashby)

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities.

• This position is open to candidates located in India (Remote)

• Our talent team is fully remote, embracing async communication and collaboration through Slack channels, thorough documentation, and proactive updates to keep work moving forward smoothly across time zones.

• We’re committed to structured alignment, holding weekly hiring syncs for each role, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and to solve challenges collectively.

• Driven by a dedication to our craft, we continuously refine our best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates, supported by precise, reliable reporting.

• As a globally distributed team, we work across multiple time zones. This India-based role will primarily support recruiting coordination across APAC and EMEA, with an expected schedule of 10 am–6 pm IST.

• You’ll work from a shared scheduling queue, supporting interviews across time zones during your working hours.

• You'll need some flexibility during onboarding and for occasional training, manager check-ins, and team meetings with Pacific-based colleagues. We’ll coordinate these adjustments in advance.
