As a Recruiter, you will play a supporting role towards the local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for our organization.
You maintain contact with the candidates and give them a positive application experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Schedule medical examinations.
- Discuss contract proposals, draw up contracts and schedule the signing.
- Follow up on diploma registration.
- Handle the administrative processing of the various application steps in the recruitment tool and the preparatory administration for payroll.
