What You'll Do

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools.

Conduct market research and talent mapping.

Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns.

Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements.

Maintain ATS records and ensure candidate information is up to date.

Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives.

Meet sourcing targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.

English C1
-
Strong candidate sourcing, research, and outreach skills.

Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
