Overview

Leads full-cycle recruitment for high volume manufacturing hourly positions, filling openings efficiently and in alignment with company goals. Able to multi-task to ensure hiring processes across multiple sites and locations run smoothly. Builds collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, and delivers a consistently high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities – What You'll Do

• Performs full life cycle recruiting to support staffing for entry level, primarily hourly, manufacturing roles.
• Recruits quality active and passive candidates using job boards, internal databases and external sourcing products.
• Develops strong knowledge of key repeatable roles and collaborates with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs for specialized roles
• Effectively screens candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and values and provide hiring managers with vetted slate of candidates.
• Coordinates and facilitates the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Conducts on-site and virtual job fairs and recruiting activities. Engages local organizations and educational institutions to provide qualified applicants as needed.
• Manages candidate pipelines and maintains accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously evaluates and recommends improvements to our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate's experience.
• Enters daily/weekly stats in our reporting system.

Qualifications – What You'll Bring

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions/Environment

Works in an office environment, which may be located in a manufacturing or warehouse facility, where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to other plants or meetings is required.
