We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a Contract basis in Mountain View, California. This role is ideal for someone who can identify and engage high-quality talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage recruiting activity with a high level of organization. The position will support direct-permanent staffing needs and requires a proactive approach to sourcing, relationship-building, and full-cycle recruiting execution.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and attract candidates with relevant experience through LinkedIn, industry networks, and additional sourcing channels to build a steady flow of talent.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer-stage support.

• Develop and maintain active talent pipelines for current and anticipated staffing needs, with a focus on timely follow-up and positive candidate engagement.

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies to business priorities.

• Support permanent staffing initiatives by driving efficient search execution across direct-permanent openings.

• Track candidate progress and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and process visibility.

• Contribute to staffing efforts for specialized roles, including technical positions related to AI engineering and autonomous vehicle domains.

• Balance multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or in-house talent acquisition environments.

• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process.

• Experience reaching passive candidates through LinkedIn and other direct sourcing methods.

• Strong skills in candidate relationship management, pipeline development, and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Background supporting permanent or direct placement recruiting programs.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized recruitment data.

• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting demands while prioritizing specialized technical searches.

• Exposure to recruiting for technical disciplines, including AI engineering or autonomous vehicle-related roles, is preferred.
