We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity in Naperville, Illinois. This position focuses on managing the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through interview coordination and pre-employment activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate and high-volume hiring and is comfortable using applicant tracking systems to keep searches organized and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, from opening intake discussions to offer-stage preparation and pre-placement follow-up.

• Identify talent with relevant experience through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and targeted candidate outreach.

• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to evaluate experience, fit, and interest in available opportunities.

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain hiring momentum.

• Coordinate interview schedules and serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure timely updates and organized workflow management.

• Manage multiple requisitions at once while balancing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Support pre-employment and onboarding-related steps needed to move selected candidates toward successful placement.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, with hands-on responsibility for full-cycle hiring.

• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across a variety of channels and building strong talent pipelines.

• Background in corporate recruiting and managing hiring activity in a high-volume setting.

• Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring teams.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and candidates.
