Manufacturing Recruiter
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $30-$35/hour (Based on Experience)
Duration: 6-Month Contract Assignment
Remedy Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for SAFT Batteries, a global leader in lithium-ion battery technology. This is a 6-month project focused on recruiting high-quality candidates for engineering, management, and technician-level positions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience, with the ability to source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process. Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience recruiting for technical or professional roles are preferred.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting for engineering, management, technical, or skilled positions preferred
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously
