About the Role Lumovy Technology Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to drive faster, smarter hiring using an AI-native applicant tracking system built on Rippling’s unified HRIS. The role focuses on surfacing top candidates, coordinating interviews, and collecting high-quality feedback to shorten time-to-hire.

What You'll Do

• Use Rippling Recruiting to surface top candidates that match job criteria.
• Schedule interviews with panelists using real-time availability; enable self-booking for candidates.
• Record interviews and generate AI summaries; provide fast, actionable feedback and quicker scorecard completion.
• Synthesize feedback across scorecards to help hiring managers quickly understand interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines, rediscover and re-engage talent pool; communicate with candidates via messaging.
• Leverage automation to streamline workflows (paying out referral bonuses, substitute interviewers when someone is out).
• Post jobs to boards and manage referrals; knockout questions to filter unqualified applicants.
• Collaborate with HR and Recruiting to align on talent lifecycle (headcount approvals, onboarding triggers).

What We're Looking For

• Interest in or experience with AI-powered recruiting platforms and unified HRIS (Rippling) to streamline hiring.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with hiring managers, interviewers, and HR.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision making using analytics and AI-generated summaries.
• Proactive about improving candidate quality and reducing time-to-hire through automation.
