Job title: Recruiter – Healthcare Professionals (Global)
We are hiring a Recruiter to build and manage a healthcare recruitment engine responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing clinical professionals globally while developing a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Source Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers, and other healthcare professionals globally using LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen and assess clinical candidates against specific client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate end-to-end, client-facing interview logistics.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to recruit healthcare professionals across global markets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Employment type: Full-Time (Onsite).
- Location: Jabi, Abuja.
- Salary range: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 per month.
- Experience: 2–10 years.
