About the Role Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova, responsible for service excellence across the recruitment cycle. Acts as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments. Onsite work location: QuangNgai, Vietnam (3 days onsite per week). What You'll Do
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience.
- Experience in Blue Collar/Volume Hiring.
- Ability to work onsite in industrial environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations.
