We’re hiring a Recruiter (On‑Site)
What you’ll do

Manage a high volume of requisitions and hiring activity simultaneously, maintaining organization and clear communication.

Source, screen, and move candidates through the recruiting process for non‑sales roles across multiple locations.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and drive time‑to‑fill improvements.

Keep accurate candidate and requisition records and provide regular status updates.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience working in a high‑volume recruiting environment.

Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at the same time.

Experience with RPO, staffing agency, or healthcare recruiting is a plus.

Location & schedule

This is an on‑site opportunity. Available sites: Chandler, Miami, Duluth, Deerfield, Troy, and Charlotte.

Standard schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
