About the Role Join Cielo as a Recruiter in Nashville, TN, on a hybrid schedule. You will deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, act as a brand ambassador for clients, and provide consultative talent acquisition expertise to hiring leaders. This role focuses on delivering exceptional talent and proactive communication to ensure successful hires. What You'll Do
- Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements.
- Review candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who moves forward in the recruitment process.
