The work
You will help train AI by creating realistic recreational therapy prompts and reviewing model-generated responses. Your evaluations will cover therapeutic activities, rehabilitation, patient progress, treatment planning, community integration, and workplace communication.
You will work remotely and asynchronously on project-based assignments. Your feedback should explain what an AI response does well, where it is wrong, and how it could improve.
- Write prompts based on real recreational therapy tasks, terms, and professional situations.
- Rate AI responses for relevance, clarity, accuracy, and fit with recreational therapy practice.
- Give clear, structured written feedback on strengths, errors, and improvements.
- Review content about activities such as sports, music, and art.
- Assess patient progress documentation and treatment adjustments.
- Use practical judgment about rehabilitation goals, community integration, and teamwork with medical professionals.
