Required Education & Experience EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Experience working in a nursing home, knowledge of MDS computer system or experience with care plans and assessments and notes of residents' involvements preferred or any combination of experience of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledges, skills and abilities.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
