How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Records & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in protecting Lubrizol’s information assets and delivering workplace services that support our people, operations, and future growth. From leading records management and information governance initiatives to enhancing mail services and workplace programs, you will help ensure our business operates efficiently, compliantly, and seamlessly. Working across functions and collaborating with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the organization, you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement operational enhancements, and create a workplace experience that enables employees to perform at their best.
In this role, you will:
Records Management & Information Governance
- Lead the site's records management program, ensuring compliance with records retention requirements, regulatory standards, and information governance practices.
- Manage the lifecycle of physical and electronic records, including storage, retrieval, archival, disposition, and vendor coordination.
- Administer records management systems and SharePoint resources, maintaining data integrity and supporting users across the organization.
- Provide training, guidance, and compliance support to promote consistent records management practices and protect company information assets.
Mail Services & Distribution Operations
- Oversee daily mail, package, courier, and distribution services, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for mail operations, supporting package tracking, issue resolution, and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain procedures, service metrics, and operational standards that drive efficiency and reliability.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and support business continuity.
Facilities Programs & Workplace Support
- Coordinate workplace programs, employee engagement activities, office moves, and site support services that contribute to a positive employee experience.
- Support facility projects, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance workplace effectiveness.
- Partner with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, customer-focused workplace services.
- Maintain program documentation, reports, and performance metrics while supporting special projects and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in records management, information governance, facilities operations, office administration, mail services, or a related operational support function.
- Strong knowledge of records retention principles, information governance practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing confidential information with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, records management systems, and other business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Records Management, Information Governance, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience administering records management systems and supporting enterprise information governance programs.
- Knowledge of mailroom operations, workplace services, or integrated facilities management environments.

- Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided
- Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment
- Occasional lifting or movement of materials
