Lance Trend is a major distributor of technology products and Services for businesses in Nigeria, as well as partners with various ICT, manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aged receivables and overdue balances.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment schedules, and account queries.
- Allocate payments received to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing errors, short payments, and disputed invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end closing activities and provide relevant receivables reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established financial procedures.
