What You’ll Be Doing Formats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including memos, reports and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager’s approval.Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, schedules appointments and meetings, and resolves problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. prepare reports, and close dispatches.Assist Inventory Team with monthly reports, and physical counts.Carries out special pr
