Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and job applicants in a professional and courteous manner; manage check-in procedures and security badges.
- Call & Inquiry Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming multi-line telephone calls; take accurate messages and answer general business inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist office staff with document preparation, data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail sorting/distribution.
- Meeting & Calendar Coordination: Schedule and maintain conference room bookings; coordinate setup and breakdown for client meetings, catered lunches, or internal events.
- Supply & Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office and breakroom supplies; place reorders as needed to keep supplies stocked.
- Facility Appearance: Ensure the lobby, reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen/break areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
